Mr. Perfectionist at Suvidha Lifespaces, Pramesh is a qualified engineer trained at world renowned multinational company 'Larsen & Toubro' (L&T). Pramesh has more than 22 years of experience in Real Estate Industry and is known for his "Passion for Perfection". He has created the legacy in developing lifestyle for all sections of society.
He has been at the forefront and responsible for the overall growth of the company through better systems, processes and better product delivery hence leading Suvidha Lifespaces to a new era of reshaping and redeveloping Mumbai's skyline.
He just doesn't build structures, he loves them and his passion can be seen in every Suvidha Lifespace's Project.
It is this zeal and passion which makes him personally involved in designing, planning and construction execution of each and every project. Pramesh is known for his fair business practices and responsible corporate governance. He has successfully showcased to run the business of real estate with fair business ethics enabling growth of all stakeholders.
Harshul K. Savla
Propelling Suvidha Group's growth to next level, Harshul brings a perfect mix of Corporate Experience backed by Management and Legal Education. Harshul is a Ph.D Research Scholar at Mumbai University, pursuing his Thesis on REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). He has authored and published numerous Research Papers on REITs. Harshul has completed his LL.B from Government Law College (GLC).
He has also completed his MBA in Finance from JBIMS whilst securing All India 3rd rank in MH-CET and has undergone internship with Citibank NA (Global Subsidiaries Division). As a student at JBIMS, Harshul was awarded 'Young Thought Leader' in 2012 by CRISIL. Before joining business, he has worked with leading International Property Consultant - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Harshul has also undergone a 'Strategic Real Estate Management' programme at ISB Hyderabad and a work shop on Green Building by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
