As the Group's founder and visionary, Mr. Kamlesh Minat is committed to having an ethical business practice, with a strict financial discipline, and believes that this is an essential element to building and maintaining a successful business.
From humble beginnings and today with 2 decades of excellence in construction across Mumbai region, the Group under Mr. Minat’s leadership has completed approximately 20 lacs sq ft of construction with more than 10 lacs sq ft. and 7 projects in the pipeline.
An experienced entrepreneur, he is motivated to maintain the Group's values and to preserve its trust. The philosophy that drives Mr. Minat's work life is, "For good governance, good leaders must make quick decisions."
Mukesh Minat
Mukesh’s more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, starting with residential projects, has played a critical role in shaping the company's growth in other construction projects as well.
In addition to his financial, legal and technical proficiency, he is a people-person with a friendly approach that gives him a distinct edge. Because of his ability to relate to every customer, the group enjoys strong customer relationships today.
At its core, Mukesh believes "exceptional achievements are the result of dedication and perseverance, and there are no shortcuts to reaching them".
Suresh Patel
Suresh leads the Group’s end-to-end business operations from procurement to completing the constructions of the projects.
Whether it's a residential or commercial property, he is solely focused on ensuring our customers have the best living or working environment. As a people's person, he has earned a good reputation among all of our stakeholders due to his dedication to customers and civic organizations.
His extensive efforts have ensured high quality constructions in all of our projects through applying best practices.
