I have a large family, with my parents, grandparents, uncles – we are 13 members in all. So we wanted a home without any compromise. I bought a home here, initially as an investment, but now it has become by dream. I did not think twice before doing that because for me the L&T brand stands for trust. Thirdly, I personally compared rates with other competitors, and I could conclude that this is the best investment I could make for my family. There were so many amenities such as a gym, café, clubhouse, pool, that this project was providing and at a comparatively price tag. I don’t remember where I first heard about the project. Maybe it was a hoarding or a Facebook ad, but I do remember that something clicked instantly, and today I am a proud owner of a home in L&T’s Rejuve 360.

Our daughter is a pastry chef and she needed a room all of her own for her business. That is why finding the perfect and most spacious 3.5 BHK was our priority. We spent one and a half years looking for that dream home. Either the rooms were not large enough, or the projects didn’t quite fit the budget. There are several wellness facilities which will help us stay in good health. We had no second thoughts in buying our home here. All we can say is that everything here is really good, and we couldn’t have expected any better.
