Mr. Pratap Patel is the founder & charismatic leader of Rutu Group he is a distinguished civil engineer, and has done pioneering work in design and execution of various civil construction projects over his career spanning across fifty years. His vision and experience has been the beacon light guiding the activities of the group.

He is a man of exemplary vision, which led him to the foundation of Rutu Group. Today, the Group, under his leadership and guidance, has diversified in to real estate development.

Pratap Patel is also the founder of “Harasiddh Group”. Apart from professional business, he is also involved with number of Educational, Social & Spiritual Organizations. The company is guided by his philosophy of focusing on customers, emphasis on high quality construction and passion for innovation.

After a consistent hard-work of over 5 decades, he has inspired the future generations to continue his legacy of success in real estate business. His extraordinary vision is the backbone of Rutu Group’s massive success.

Mr. Mukund .P. Patel – Managing Director
Mr. Mukund Patel, a Civil Engineer along with a M.S.(USA), is considered to be among the stalwarts of the real estate industry. Having joined the industry in 1987, Mr. Mukund Patel has to his credit a treasure trove of experience spanning 30 years in real estate.

Under his tutelage the group has successfully completed numerous projects in Mumbai and Thane. He is presently leading the group's flagship township projects in Thane and Kalyan.

His conviction to join the group was fuelled by his passion for construction and building homes that play an integral part in building beautiful, wholesome lives. It was after he joined the company that the group made the conscious decision towards creating townships that offers all the amenities to build a complete life under one consolidated project.

Mr. Mukund Patel is committed to building thoughtfully designed homes that build a complete life for all residents. He is also a keen advocate of homes being a major contributor towards raising life standards and his policies and decisions are also dictated by national well-being and growth. Mr. Rushi Patel with a Master’s Degree from London (UK) in Construction Project Management, plays a pivotal role in chalking out the company's strategic and structural framework which has helped Rutu Group chart a course of sustained success in the industry.

He specializes in the area of sales, marketing and construction sourcing, being well equipped with new ideas and concepts that have not only enabled Rutu Group to outperform but set a solid foundation for future growth. He plans to introduce latest trends in construction technology and management techniques in the upcoming projects of the Group.

His business acumen, complimented by attention to details has been crucial in scripting the responsible rise of Rutu Group. Under the combined leadership of the management, the Group has built a reputation based on quality, outstanding performance, unparalleled value and customer loyalty.

Mukul Patel – Director
Mr. Mukul Patel is the director of Rutu Group, who has given a new-age shape to Rutu Group. He is a Civil Engineer by qualification and has a notable experience in Real Estate business.

Being a director of “Harisiddh Group”, he has worked on the projects in Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Ahmedabad, Bilimora, & Valsad. He has successfully been able to leverage his engineering background with his excellent understanding of the business and customers relations to ensure uninterrupted growth of Rutu Group.

Apart from professional involvement in Real Estate Business, he has been working with number of Social & Spiritual organizations such as Shree Vile Parle Patidar Mandal, Mumbai & Chinmaya Mission, Mumbai etc.
