Plan M had initiated green concept when they started the real estate division right from providing sustainable building material a decade ago, with Plan S as one of the first Commercial project, Certified by Indian Green building council at Navi Mumbai. Continuing with the same vision Plan M encompasses more green initiatives namely usage of less water, augments energy efficiency, conserves natural resources, generates less waste and provides healthier spaces for occupants at workplace.
