All transactions in respect of this project shall be subject the terms and conditions of the agreement for sale entered between the Developer/Promoter and the Purchaser. Whichsoever property that has been mortgaged in favour of any Bank/ NBFC then buyer will be required to obtain a no-objection certificate prior to entering into any agreement for the same of any in the project.
